Job Title: Production Associate - Level I (Disassembly, Cleaning, and Inspection)

Location: 10850 East 104th Avenue Henderson CO 80640

Pay Rate: $23/hr

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Associate to assist in the disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of high horsepower diesel engines. In this role, you will rotate through disassembly, cleaning of components, and inspection of parts, preparing them for the next stage in production. You will operate machines and production equipment safely, in accordance with quality and productivity requirements, with limited guidance in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities: Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE):

  • Report any major injury hazards and work-related injuries.

  • Follow all HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Promote a safety-conscious work environment and work to minimize environmental impact.

    Quality:

  • Follow standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures (e.g., Statistical Process Control, poka-yoke, and visual standards).

  • Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.

  • Perform quality inspections and manage non-conforming materials.

    Achieve Production Goals:

  • Meet cycle times and engineering standards.

  • Keep the work area clean and perform routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks.

  • Perform operator care and maintenance tasks.

  • Work flexibly to meet production goals and contribute to team success.

    Teamwork:

  • Communicate effectively within the team and across departments.

  • Participate in initiatives to improve quality, safety, and employee development.

    Top Skills:

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new skills quickly.

  • Mechanical competency and hands-on experience with engines and hand tools.

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

    Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience with engines and mechanical components is a plus.

  • Ability to follow safety protocols and quality standards.
