2nd and 3rd shift Opportunities

Job Description

We are currently seeking two Material Handlers, one for the 2nd shift and one for the 3rd shift. These Material Handlers will start either in the sheet metal bay or the bar bay depending on current needs. This role requires flexibility and readiness to work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Order selecting using high reach/side loader forklift and sit down forklift

• Sorting and banding material once picked

• Operating overhead crane when needed

• Maneuvering material, loading trucks, and banding various metals

• Lifting up to 55 lbs independently; team lift or forklift for heavier items

• Engaging in classroom and hands-on training for safety, core values, and certifications

Essential Skills

• Experience operating sit down forklift

• Experience operating stand up/side loader forklift

• Experience operating overhead crane

• Proven record of accountability, safety, and willingness to help

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with saw operation, metal working, deburring, grinding, and metal grinding

• Eagerness to learn new skills

• Proven attendance record

• Willingness to be part of the team for the long term

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
