Job Description
Looking for bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Financial Analyst who provides finance support for an organization which has the responsibility to drive growth of our >$38M+ business. Being a trusted business financial adviser and partner to the Vice Presidents/GMs of the division and other key leaders in the function.
Will support all regions in Latin America and provide strategic direction on standards including financial processes and reporting for all aspects of the business. Leading the forecasting, budgeting, and long range planning process for the marketing function. Performance variance analysis of actuals and forecasts compared to prior periods, forecasts, and budgets. The role reports to the Director of Finance CSS LAD.
Financial support to Latin America Customer Success Services business area through financial analysis, budgeting, planning & forecasting; to facilitate decision making and future business strategies. Bilingual in English & Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities
As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control. Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results; preparation of annual budget. Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Prepares recommendations based on analyzes. May perform revenue and expense analysis, headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost center level, tracking of product and product line revenue, reconciliation of accounts receivable, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed. You may participate in cross functional programs and projects.
You will be a part of the CSS (Customer Success Services) finance team, providing strategic financial support and advice supporting all regions in Latin America and provide strategic direction on standards including financial processes and reporting for all aspects of the business. This role will prepare Financial presentations to the business and the preparation of quarterly reporting schedules. The role reports to the SVP of Customer Success Services & dotted line to Director of Finance CSS LAD.
Other responsibilities:
Build and maintain high-level knowledge across business area by staying current on initiatives, challenges and opportunities across the business. Understand associated risks and opportunities. Develop an understanding of critical business performance drivers
Must be capable of leveraging the larger Oracle Financial community effectively, and gather and analyze information and resolve business issues across the organization
Assist in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives and regularly interacts with senior management to ensure objectives are met.
Influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in business situations. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Work closely and collaboratively with business team on a daily basis
Ensure data quality and accuracy of management reporting
Participate in quarter end activities and contribute in close process
Take a proactive role in procedures changes looking for improvements in terms of time consuming and efficiencies.
Key Skills and Experience Needed:
5+ years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably supporting sales and/or marketing functions.
BS/BA in Accounting/Finance preferred. CPA/MBA desired
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required). Portuguese is a plus.
Proven success supporting an executive leader of a business unit of scale.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong financial analysis and problem solving skills

Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Experience working with cross functional teams
Self-directed, proactive with ability to multitask

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
