Job Title: Restoration Technician
Job Description
The candidate will be helping with demo and cleanup work of vacant homes after a natural disaster. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience with carpet cleaning, water/fire/smoke damage, and mold remediation. However, we are willing to train the right individual.
Responsibilities
Assist with demo and cleanup of vacant homes after natural disasters
Learn and perform tasks related to water/fire/smoke damage cleanup and mold remediation
Operate a variety of hand and power tools
Provide exceptional customer service
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Essential Skills
Willingness to learn disaster demo and cleanup processes
Customer service oriented
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience using a variety of hand and power tools
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Great attention to detail
Enjoy cleaning and seeing the end results
Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills
Experience in cleaning/restoration is a plus
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
