Job Title: Restoration Technician

Job Description

The candidate will be helping with demo and cleanup work of vacant homes after a natural disaster. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience with carpet cleaning, water/fire/smoke damage, and mold remediation. However, we are willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities

• Assist with demo and cleanup of vacant homes after natural disasters

• Learn and perform tasks related to water/fire/smoke damage cleanup and mold remediation

• Operate a variety of hand and power tools

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Essential Skills

• Willingness to learn disaster demo and cleanup processes

• Customer service oriented

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Experience using a variety of hand and power tools

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Great attention to detail

• Enjoy cleaning and seeing the end results

• Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills

• Experience in cleaning/restoration is a plus

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
