Carroll College Admissions Data Specialist in Helena, Montana
Description: Carroll College is seeking an Admissions Data Specialist to assist the enrollment team with its data management efforts. This position will provide collaborative support to the Admissions and Enrollment operations by reporting data, performing operational tasks related to the admission process, and assisting in managing the Slate CRM system for the college. This position will verify data accuracy and validity of records of student inquiries and applications, be responsible for maintaining accurate system integration through data audits and report reviews, supports the successful enrollment of students by timely and accurate review and management of their application materials across data systems. This position will assist with providing operational and analytical reports to the enrollment office and other key stakeholders. This position will work with the college IT Office and external vendors.Qualifications: The successful candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing or related field plus 2 years of related experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered. An Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software, specifically Microsoft Excel. Ability to use file specifications to prepare data for import or export. Ability to become an expert with our admission CRM, with demonstrated experience with relational databases and/or a CRM such as Slate, Salesforce, Microsoft Access, SQL Server, or Microsoft Dynamics. Work experience in an educational setting is preferred.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
