Schedule: 40 hours per week, M-F 9-5, some weekly and weekend remote on-call responsibilities, and 1 weekend a month onsite rounding Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide direct care to our clients. Consults with primary healthcare providers to ensure physical healthcare needs of clients are met. Coordinates with medical staff of other providers such as state and inpatient facilities. Licensure, Education, & Experience: Active medical license in West Virginia (FNP, CRNP, PA, PMHNP, etc.) One year of experience in a substance use disorder treatment setting and must possess direct clinical training and work in the areas of substance use disorder treatment.
