You should have a BS Civil Engineering, BS Construction Management, or similar, and be eager to learn construction project management. The title of this role is actually Project Manager! • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations

• Monitor cost variances and implement corrective actions to maintain budget control

• Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, technicians, and field crews

• Work closely with quality control personnel to maintain high standards

requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

• Co-op or internship experience a plus

• Great communication skills, both written and verbal

• Willingness to work on a long-tenured team, as well as the ability to be self-lead

• Willingness to travel up to 25%

• Ability to work in the US without present or future visa sponsorship
