Principal Accountabilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and waste management
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
Coordinate with supervision for specialized repairs and services
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company polictes
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies
Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment for facility events and operations
Assist in Hazmat response
Aerial lift and forklift trained / qualified to perform duties
Knowledge of gas farm operation and maintenance
Other Tasks Assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
Proven experience in building and grounds maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance practices
Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions
