Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot all mechanical systems in our facility, including production equipment and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems, and be comfortable navigating and completing work orders in a timely fashion. This position follows a Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule and operates on the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical systems including production equipment and HVAC.

• Understand and work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems.

• Obtain, navigate, and complete work orders efficiently.

• Follow and adhere to PM schedules.

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

• Use hand and power tools comfortably.

• Perform wiring up to 480V.

• Document all work completed.

• Read and understand electrical diagrams.

Work Environment

Our facility operates on the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times. You will work with various mechanical and electrical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC, using hand and power tools. The work environment is supportive and encourages continuous learning and professional growth.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hazelwood, Missouri.
