Manage activities and scheduling of staff

Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed
Interface with US Customs and other government agencies
Ensure all clients are set up according to policy
Possess a complete working knowledge of operational procedures
Process entries and support operations where needed
Ensure the company credit policy is followed
Supervise department receivables and payables
Ensure all key performance indicators and monitored and met
Participate in Quality Business Reviews and manage exceptions
Provide pricing to customers
Participate in sales calls
Drive continuous improvement through use of productivity tools
Foster a culture of compliance at all times
Work to create a positive, motivated staff
Conduct performance evaluations and reviews with assistance from department manager
US Custom's broker's license
3 years experience in the industry
PC skills
Ability to articulate clearly
Ability to relate to clients, Customs and other government officials, suppliers and staff at all levels
1 year supervisory experience
Interpersonal skills
College degree preferred
