About the Role:

Are you a detail-oriented general accountant with strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel? We have an exciting opportunity for a General Accountant to join a dynamic organization. This role will involve working on a variety of accounting tasks, including managing financial records, overseeing budgets, reconciling accounts, and producing accurate reports. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger data entry.

• Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy in transactions.

• Generate and assess financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

• Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to manage day-to-day accounting operations and enhance efficiency.

• Assist in budget development and variance analysis.

• Collaborate with the finance team to support month-end and year-end close processes.

• Stay updated on new accounting regulations and standards.

• Assist in audits by preparing supporting documentation and addressing inquiries.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas).

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
