Primary Purpose: Responsible for performing all job duties in the production facility according to company specifications including setting, proofing, thawing, cutting, baking, frying, cooling and distribution of bakery products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Measure, mix and prepare ingredients according to company specifications and recipes

  • Learn to use all bakery processing equipment

  • Monitor cooking completion times and set heat and humidity temperatures

  • Form, cut, mold and shape dough

  • Frost, ice and decorate product

  • Must be able to plan production to meet demands of individual stores

  • Complete bakery checklist

  • Performs other work related duties as assigned

  • Observe and maintain company sanitation and food safety standards

  • Adheres to safe work practices

Job Qualifications:

  • 18 years old or older

  • Maintain a neat and well-groomed personal appearance and comply with personal appearance policy

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
