Description

Position Summary:

The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing paid media, digital communication strategies, content marketing and public relations outreach for CPC and its direct-to-consumer brands.

Responsibilities:Including but not limited to:

  • Lead strategic development of Meta Ads, all of which will be posted on all CPC brand and corporate sites (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Leverage social media data effectively engage and complement/extend reach across target audiences.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, click-through rates (CTR) and return on ad spend (ROAS) to drive continuous improvement.

  • Manage Google Ads for corporate and brand focused platforms, strategically pair with sponsored social media campaigns.

  • Work with graphic design team to execute creative strategy, activate accordingly on various platforms to maintain consistent brand messaging.

  • Maintain relationships with platform advisors/reps (e.g. Google contact, Meta support).

  • Research, develop, track, and optimize content on social media platforms to increase following.

  • Monitor engagement, and overall impressions across various platforms to increase brand revenue and sales.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development and production of marketing collateral. This is to include internal department such as Creative Services and IT, as well as interaction with external partners, customers of CPC brands and others looking to bring new opportunities for growth to CPC brands and sites.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Senior management.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Arts Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g. Google Ads, Meta ads and other platforms).

  • Three years’ work experience in digital marketing, social media and/or paid media.

  • Experience handling projects in partnership with internal teams to completion.

  • Have created or managed online accounts for companies or influencers.

  • Understanding of marketing data and analytics, public relations, social media, creative designs, and a basic information technology (IT).

Skills, Abilities and Knowledge:

  • Content Development – Copywriting, Digital Artwork, etc.

  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and content.

  • Strong working knowledge of platforms and concepts such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO practices and brand storytelling.

  • Basic IT skills in development and social media platforms.

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and own projects.

  • Motivated and detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated, results oriented.

  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and an eagerness to engage with other employees.

Physical Demands:

  • Required to use hands to operate computer controls.

  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, ability to focus.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, bend, sit, talk, hear, or walk for long periods. The employee may lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Pay Range:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year
