Job Summary: BOSS Facility Services is searching for an enthusiastic and purpose-driven individual for a Junior Estimator position in our operations Department. This position is full-time and requires you to be on site during the day shift, Monday through Friday. Some overtime, including weekends, may be required. Must have Office 365 experience.

Job Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Ensure accurate and comprehensive estimate of materials, equipment and labor necessary for jobs. Review vendor quotes and client proposals. Soliciting quotes from vendors. Communicate effectively to coordinate with vendors and clients. Updating notes in the system. Ensuring all quotes are submitted, received and processed in accordance with client policy timelines. Communicate progress and ensuring deadlines are met. Performing other related duties as assigned.

Expectations: Associates degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Trade specialist in HVAC, plumbing, lighting, general maintenance, etc, required. 2+ years experience in estimating required. Strong understanding of project pricing, negotiation and cost control. Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft 365. Career mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills (writing, speaking and listening) Ability to multitask. Must be able to type 25+ words per minute.
