As a Food Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food products meet all quality and safety standards. You will conduct inspections, perform tests, and monitor processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company specifications. Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for quality and safety compliance.

• Perform routine and ad-hoc tests on food products, including sensory evaluation, microbiological testing, and chemical analysis.

• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

• Monitor and document production processes to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.

• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken.

• Assist with internal and external audits and inspections.

• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality and safety standards.

The essential functions of this role include:
