Position Summary: The Director of Practice Integration and Implementation will play a pivotal role in driving the successful integration and optimization of newly acquired practices onto the SightMD platform.

Job Duties & Essential Functions:

  • Strategic Integration: Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans that align with corporate goals, policies, and procedures.

  • Project Oversight: Supervise ongoing projects, coordinate team members, and ensure efficient workflow.

  • Due Diligence: Actively participate in the acquisition process by assessing target practices, identifying potential issues, and developing solutions.

  • Integration Planning and Management: Plan and manage integration processes, including team goals, project schedules, and information dissemination.

  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with SGP departments to develop and execute departmental integration plans, lead integration meetings, and ensure effective communication.

  • New Practice Integration: Develop and implement practice-specific integration plans, build strong relationships with target physicians and staff, and facilitate a smooth transition onto the SightMD platform.

  • Departmental Coordination: Ensure that all SGP departments are meeting their departmental integration plan goals, including EMR implementation, training, and team management.

  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline practice operations.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Proven track record of successfully integrating medical practices and implementing corporate policies and procedures.

  • 5+ years of experience working with physicians and practice office staff.

  • Strong understanding of medical office and MSO operations, including practice assessment, staffing, EMR implementation, revenue cycle management, etc.

  • Ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Proven leadership and management skills

  • Adaptability and agility

  • Positive change management experience

  • Medical practice management experience

  • Technical proficiency

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Creativity and critical thinking

  • Fundamental understanding of healthcare laws

  • Coding, training, and healthcare compliance experience (a strong plus)

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday (Flexible work hours)

  • Hybrid

Salary Range:

  • $140,000 to $150,000/annually to commensurate with experience
