A packaging company in Hauppauge, NY is looking for a QC/QA Customer Service Representative to join their team! This person will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support and assistance. He/she is responsible for creating a positive and supportive work environment where every team member can thrive and contribute to success. Responsibilities

• Part of the Quality Control and Quality Assurance service team, ensuring that all customer inquiries, concerns, and issues are addressed promptly and effectively

• Provides guidance and support to team members, continuously improves processes all while leading by example

• Sets clear performance objectives and provides regular feedback and coaching

• Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures

• Handles escalated customer inquiries, complaints, or sensitive issues ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction

• Works closely with cross-functional teams to monitor order updates or quality issues

• Coordinates training for new team members & provides ongoing training and development to enhance team performance
