We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk who will play a key role in overseeing and managing all aspects of processing invoices, including 3-way matching, reconcile accounts and support with financial reporting. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and advancement, with a pay range between $25 - $32/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send out invoices

• Process incoming payments and post them to appropriate accounts

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies

• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments

• Communicate with customers regarding billing issues and past-due accounts

• Assist with month-end closing activities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records
