Job Summary

The School of Management in the College of Business and Economic Development at the University of Southern Mississippi invites applications for an adjunct faculty member to teach Management for Organizations (Principles of Management) courses in the 2022-2023 academic year.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability and willingness to teach undergraduate courses in management in accordance with the standards and requirements established by the school, college, and university.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates should have at least 18 hours of graduate-level coursework in management from an AACSB-accredited institution, and have teaching interests in the principles of management course in a face-to-face format. Candidates must have teaching experience, be able to support our teaching needs, and be eligible for employment in the United States.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Demonstrated ability of teaching effectiveness is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have teaching and professional experiences in management, be willing to teach principles of management courses to undergraduate students, and have both face-to-face and online teaching experiences
