Job Title: Grain and Agronomy Operator

Location: Hastings, NE Pay: $18.32/hour + Premium Pay for Qualified Bilingual Candidates Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM (Weekends and Overtime during Harvest)

This is an excellent opportunity to work with grain, fertilizer and heavy equipment in an active and supportive environment.

What Youll Do:

• Load and Unload Grain Commodities: Manage the flow of grain ensuring safe handling and transportation.
• Blend and Load Fertilizers and Chemicals: Accurately blend and load both dry and liquid fertilizers and chemicals.
• Assist with Railcar Loading: On occasion, youll help load railcars at designated facilities.
• Equipment Operation: Operate heavy equipment if certified, contributing to the efficiency of operations.
• Maintenance and Housekeeping: Perform light maintenance and ensure the cleanliness of elevators and service areas.
• Physical Labor: Be prepared to lift up to 100lbs occasionally and work in a dusty environment.
• Teamwork and Independence: Work both independently and with a team to accomplish daily tasks efficiently.

What Were Looking For:

• CDL Preferred: A Commercial Drivers License is preferred but not required.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy items and work in challenging environments.
• Mechanical Aptitude and Agricultural Background: This is a plus but not necessarytraining is provided.
• Positive Attitude and Strong Work Ethic: Youll be working in an environment that values hard work, reliability and a positive attitude.
