Need 10 full time, temporary, seasonal Nursery Workers to work in Hastings, MN. From: 02/15/2024 - 12/15/2024 Work: 40 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 8 hrs./day High wage range offer of up to $24.34/hour, depending on experience. May be possibility of weekend work. All work performed in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. ESST (Earned Sick and Safe Time) Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year.
