BROAD FUNCTIONS:

Key individual contributor position working in a cross-functional team environment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and analytical skills, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Assisting with Engineering and production processes on project needed to support production.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

• Build prototypes per XP process.
• Assist Engineering with development of new products and processes, working from marked-up/developmental Master Data Sheets, tracking changes within the development process and providing corrected Master Data Sheets to Engineering.
• Assist Engineering by marking up documents
• Trouble shoot process and training problems.
• Use PLM and LN (ERP) systems to interface with production orders, inventory, bills of materials and routings, as well as engineering workflows.

FORMAL EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION

• High School Graduate or GED

* KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE*

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration.
• Working knowledge of technical engineering and ability to read drawings.
• Experience in manufacturing, testing and inspecting products in all value streams with the area of responsibility desired.
