Millennium- Market Sales Manager in Haslet, Texas

Territory Covered: TX, OK, LA

Driving Impact Through:

  • Traveling with sales reps helping find, land, and grow new business

  • Building, developing, and influencing a sales team

  • Promoting a culture that embraces continuous improvement, personal accountability, teamwork, and client satisfaction

  • Fostering innovation and scheduling time each week to talk about improvements to existing structure, processes, and routines, while also being open to new solutions

  • Participating in trade shows, industry events, and training workshops

  • Meeting and/or exceeding forecasted market sales growth and profit goals

  • Negotiating and coordinating with vendor partners

  • Recruiting new talent

Experience and expertise we value:

  • Strong Sales and Leadership Skills: Proven ability to close sales, negotiate contracts, develop new business opportunities, and lead a team.

  • Communication and Influencing: Ability to effectively convey product value, build relationships, and influence team dynamics.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data and sales statistics to inform strategic decisions.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Experienced in managing and expanding client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Technical Expertise: Understanding of engineering, fiber materials, and their related applications.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
