Submit titling paperwork to the state governing bodies in a timely manner while perfecting liens, if necessary, maintaining legal and regulatory compliance. Process all deal paperwork pre and post-sale, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation. Creating Positive Experiences: Provide exceptional customer service to all internal customers and partnering business units, ensuring positive and supportive interactions. Work directly with the sales executives to help facilitate discounts and log approved requests when received, creating a seamless and efficient experience for team members.
