JOB REQUIREMENTS: Maintenance Lead 2nd shift - R5164 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Functions: * Ensure team members comply with all appropriate safety procedures and use PPE appropriately; ensure safe work environment by eliminating potential equipment safety hazards * Provide instruction and direction regarding the routine execution of repairs to ensure compliance with plant reliability strategies, standards and practices * Follow up on completed tasks and/or work orders * Identify, order and track parts and supplies needed for equipment repairs * Support production by identifying and reviewing failures, downtime and lost production and partners with more senior team members to identify opportunities to improve reliability and/or determine acceptable risk tolerance * Effectively communicate with operations, quality, and scheduling regarding equipment break downs and estimated repair timelines * Actively participate in lean manufacturing initiatives * Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors Equal Opportunity Employer-minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 1.
