ReSource Pro Sr. Operations Consultant, Transformation Services (Insurance) in Hartford (Remote), Connecticut

ReSource Pro is seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Consultant - Transformation Services to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional consulting services to our clients within Retail, MGU, and Carrier clients.

This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the continental United States. A significant amount of your time will be spent travelling.

Your role:

As a Senior Operations Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of driving client revenue growth and profitability by leading mid to large-scale consulting engagements focused on strategic planning, operational improvements, and system project management.

Within 6 months you will:

  • LeadClient Engagements: Spearheading strategic planning, operational improvement, and system project management initiatives for mid to large-scale clients.

  • Effectively participate in the development and delivery of client consulting Proposals to include effective effort estimation, resource planning and pricing to meet Direct Management targets and pipeline management. 

  • Effectively project manage the delivery of consulting engagements by utilizing project methodology and consulting playbooks/tools to support the delivery of our most complex integrated solutions

  • Maximize Efficiency: Leveraging playbooks, project management tools, and insurance expertise to support client initiatives and drive revenue opportunities within our BPM practice.

  • Building Trusted Partnerships: Cultivating strong relationships with clients and internal partners to provide relevant and actionable recommendations.

  • Nurture client relationships to drive new and future revenue to include the use of ReSource Pro’s delegation services. Build trusted partner relationships to support future engagements. Proactively share knowledge gained during a consulting engagement with relevant internal teams to provide holistic client support

  • Mentor and guide and developing junior team members to foster a high-performing consulting team.

    What you need to be successful...

  • Bachelor's Degree: Business, Finance, Risk Management or other related area of study

  • Lean Six Sigma Black belt or equivalent demonstrable experience.

  • PMP certifies or 3+ years of business program management

  • CISR, AINS, ARM, CIC, Licensed Agent, Agile Certified or Certified Insurance Operations Professional preferred.

  • 10+ years of US Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits insurance operations experience required. 5+ years of experience across consulting lifecycle from contracting to discovery, analysis, execution and client management required, but prior Big 4 experience preferred5+ years of Lean process improvement experience or operations management experience in a service environment required.

  • 3+ years in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

  • 3+ years of Operations Management experience, accountable for team leadership and operational result.

    Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $75,126-$127,083. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
