Robert Half Supply Technician in Hartford, Connecticut

Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Supply / Technician in Hartford, Connecticut. This role primarily revolves around the healthcare industry and requires the handling of inventory management in a storeroom or warehouse setting. The successful candidate will be adept at using handheld devices for inventory activities and will also be familiar with PeopleSoft FSCM and Tecsys Clinical Inventory Management software. Hours for this position are 12pm-8pm and is onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain inventory in storeroom/warehouse setting.

• Utilize handheld devices such as Zebra handheld or similar for inventory activities.

• Lift items weighing up to 35 lbs as part of daily tasks.

• Utilize PeopleSoft FSCM for various operational activities.

• Implement Tecsys Clinical Inventory Management software for inventory management.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Process customer applications efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain accurate customer records and monitor customer accounts.

• Take appropriate action based on customer account monitoring.

• Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements • Proficiency in Clinical Trial Operations, with a focus on ensuring compliance and meeting project timelines

• Experience with Submission processes, including preparing, reviewing, and submitting documents to regulatory bodies

• Familiarity with ST Microcontroller operations, including programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance

• Proficiency in using PeopleSoft FSCM for managing financial and supply chain processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently

• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks performed

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
