Position Summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Analyst to join our team! In this role as Sr Analyst you will be responsible for reconciliations, reporting and controls for the financial systems including Oracle GL, S4/HANA and Hyperion. This role will work closely with Oracle, S4 and Hyperion governance to ensure accounts and financial reporting are aligned and controls are in place as the data moves between financial systems.

The successful candidate should exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to assist the Sr Manager with process improvement initiatives for reconciliations and system controls. This individual should have technical knowledge of financial systems (Oracle GL, S4/HANA & Hyperion). This individual will also be expected to be able to multi-task and prioritize multiple activities and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, with ability to work independently. We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of consolidating results and financial reporting.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years financial reporting and financial controls experience.

• 2+ years in a role supporting multiple projects/responsibilities simultaneously, while ensuring flexibility to meet deadlines and support team goals.

• 2+ years of financial and accounting concepts experience.

• 2+ years of Excel (Vlookup, pivot table) and PowerPoint experience.

• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years related financial reporting experience.

• SAP/Oracle/Hyperion Experience.

• Strong communication skills.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business, related field preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
