Job Description:

Step into a leadership role that drives the success of Oracle’s Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) Consulting business in the rapidly evolving healthcare vertical. As the Senior Consulting Practice Director, you’ll own the P&L for the healthcare segment and be instrumental in steering growth and profitability. You’ll be at the helm of high-impact, strategic initiatives that shape the future of pricing, billing, and revenue management in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the P&L for the healthcare vertical, ensuring delivery on KPIs such as bookings, revenue, operating margin, and utilization.

  • Forecast and strategize bookings, revenue, and margin projections, while developing both strategic and tactical growth plans for the ORMB consulting business.

  • Drive the acquisition of large-scale assignments, leading key account teams and fostering long-term client relationships.

  • Oversee and guide in-house consulting teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects while advising clients on day-to-day execution.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert insights and solutions across multiple healthcare-related initiatives.

  • Stay ahead of the latest trends in pricing, billing, and revenue management, sharing valuable insights with the product teams.

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with senior executives at key accounts and across various Oracle units (license sales, pre-sales, product engineering, product support, PMO, Oracle Cloud, etc.).

  • Collaborate with sales teams to support consulting services sales, lead client presentations, RFP responses, demos, and POCs.

  • Guide the recruitment, training, and development of top-tier consulting talent focused on the healthcare sector.

  • Foster the creation of innovative consulting assets, expanding the knowledge base for the business.

  • Drive overall customer satisfaction by providing best-in-class solutions and support.

Personal Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in pricing & billing solutions, consulting, or healthcare payor industries focused on pricing, billing, and revenue management.

  • Proven track record in delivering large pricing and billing programs; prior experience with ORMB, CC&B, RMB, or OUAF is desirable but not required.

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare vertical is preferred, with the ability to navigate complex operational and strategic challenges.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience steering both strategic and operational projects, driving results and growth.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a strong team orientation.

  • A skilled, highly motivated relationship builder who thrives on engaging with people and solving their business challenges.

  • Empathetic leader, able to inspire and motivate independent consultants while respecting their unique working dynamics.

  • Highly collaborative in nature, working seamlessly with colleagues, clients, and consultants to achieve shared goals.

  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to meet client needs.

  • A degree from a leading institution (MBA is a plus but not essential).

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $161,700 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
