Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of successfully supporting supply chain initiatives using a data driven approach. The candidate should have familiarity with procure-to-pay, sourcing, contract management, vendor management and warehouse and distribution. The candidate should also have demonstrated results in generating cost savings ideas and implementing supply chain opportunities within the healthcare industry. The candidate should demonstrate thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success supporting by:

  • Delivering significant business results that utilizes strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, individual initiative, and the following abilities: Leading project work streams, emphasizing the ability to build impactful and collaborative relationships with team members, and also work autonomously with little direction;

  • Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative benchmarking and primary and secondary analyses of large and complex data;

  • Assessing GPO services including market basket analysis and provide follow-up reports to determine ongoing effectiveness of services;

  • Interacting with client stakeholders including supply chain executives to provide status, manage relationships and execution of large transformation projects;

  • Communicating effectively in written and verbal formats to various situations and audiences;

  • Understanding of key operational and financial drivers of success within a healthcare Provider organization;

  • Managing client engagements or healthcare operations leadership and producing solutions;

  • Benchmarking to compare healthcare provider performance and costs to leading practice, including operational results, productivity, and quality metrics;

  • Considerable experience in Operations Strategy and Transformation, Product Innovation and Development, Supply and Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Service Operations, Manufacturing and/or Logistics;

  • Considerable proven abilities and success performing with system applications that support the following processes: product lifecycle management, network optimization, planning/forecasting, merchandising, inventory management, sourcing/ e-sourcing, maintenance, enterprise asset management, materials management, warehouse management, and transportation management; and,

  • Understanding of supply chain technologies and providers including, but not limited to: Oracle, Coupa, Ivalua, Prodigo, PeopleSoft, Workday and WMS.

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
