This team focuses on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. Responsibilities

As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

The successful candidate will perform the following in this role:

  • Product Management for key areas and drive delivery across teams

  • Lead and help operate general product operations and strategy for key intersections across product pillars

  • Thrives in an environment with uncertainty and that commands diverse inputs to drive decision making

  • Can think and make sound decisions quickly and effectively on your feet

  • Interact directly with our customers, client services, development, quality assurance, and more to understand and articulate business requirements and how best to implement new feature solutions with maximum customer impact

  • Work cross-functionality within the OHAI product organization to align execution between Core Clinicals and other OHAI products

  • Work with internal teams to execute upon compliance, privacy, risk, information security, support, and operations

  • Effectively and succinctly socialize and communicate new enhancements and changes to internal and external stakeholders

  • Work with OHAI product strategy leadership in understanding industry trends and for defining product vision and roadmap

  • Remove blockers and triage issues effectively in the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

  • Contribute to go-to-market messaging and positioning for product marketing, client services, and sales

  • Work effectively within JIRA, Confluence, and other agile-based tools

  • Synthesize client, product, and industry data, trends and best practices to inform knowledge sharing, internal strategy and client recommendations

  • Work with IP and support to respond to client escalations, incidents and outages as needed

Minimum of five years leading successful product management initiatives and will ideally possess the following skills:

  • A strong bias for action

  • Passion for turning ideas into deliverables – and seeing ideas through to delivery

  • The ability to constantly reassess assumptions and priorities

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (English proficiency required)

  • Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle and how to get the best out of a diverse set of teams and individuals

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting highlighted by uncertainty and lack of clear direction

  • Strong familiarity with agile principles to deliver new software

  • Self-starter who manages time and priorities effectively

  • Passion and a genuine interest for delighting customers

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
