WTW is seeking a leader of the North America (US, Canada and Bermuda) P&C Reserving Proposition within WTW’s Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) business. In this high-profile role, you will spearhead the development, continuous enhancement and market presence of WTW’s reserving consulting and technology offerings, driving revenue growth and advancing our thought leadership.

The Role
Lead the development and execution of transformational consulting and technology propositions for North America, working closely with global teams.
Engage with senior clients and prospects across North America, providing insights, strategic guidance, and thought leadership on core business issues.
Serve as a respected subject matter expert and thought leader in the marketplace.
Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities by developing client-ready solutions that align with evolving industry needs.
Drive intellectual capital and tools to enhance our market positioning, supporting go-to-market strategies and client engagement.
Guide a team of reserving professionals, cultivating expertise across products and markets and supporting growth and development.
Partner with sales directors, client relationship managers and senior practitioners to develop and execute regional marketing and sales initiatives and manage the pipeline.
Drive profitable business generation through revenue generation at the proposition and individual level.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with global experts in reserving, underwriting, pricing, claims, and capital modeling to create and deliver impactful solutions. You'll work alongside the Reserving Global Proposition Leader, other Regional Proposition Leaders, sales leaders, and North America Division Leaders to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
The Requirements
Expertise in the North American P&C insurance landscape, including trends in financial results, market cycles, reinsurance, regulatory environment, and M&A.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence at the highest levels, with experience advising CEOs, CFOs, Chief Actuaries, and C-Suite executives.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in dynamic environments.
Skilled communicator capable of identifying and articulating business challenges, and of conveying technical insights to non-technical executive audiences.
Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society or Faculty and Institute with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in North America reserving, including 10+ years in reserving or finance leadership.
Preferred Skills and Experiences
Experience in transformation projects related to reserving, actuarial, or finance functions.
Proficiency in implementing or selling reserving technology solutions.
Active involvement in relevant professional organizations or industry associations.
Prior consulting and business development experience is highly desirable.
This position can be based in a major US market and is open to remote work. Significant travel is anticipated.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $275,000 USD -$340,000 USD. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
