Overview Certified Hand Therapist Preferred We're seeking a dedicated and caring Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient office, which is located on the same campus as Hartford Hospital. The office is also walking distance to our state-of-the-art employee fitness center. This wonderful location offers a great opportunity for care coordination and for shadowing and research. The office provides orthopedic & sports medicine services, vestibular rehabilitation, headache management, neurological treatment, lymphedema, cancer care, and physical therapy services. This is a great opportunity to work with a diverse orthopedic population that offers a wonderful team atmosphere with experienced clinicians and some of the best orthopedic physicians, nurses and physician assistants in New England! * * Position Description The Occupational Therapist (OT) independently evaluates, determines the treatment strategies, delivers and/or delegates services that identify, restore and remediate, in order to maximize function in the areas of activities of daily living, leisure/recreation, and productivity/work.
