Position Summary

Partners with CMOs and Sales COE to monitor local market growth results as well as develop multi year strategic growth plans that aligns to Segment / Enterprise goals. This work results in initiatives that significantly impact organizational strategy, enabling the organization to be competitive in the marketplace and effectively serve its customers. Partners with business owners to optimize the achievement of strategic business objectives, to include profitable growth and improved organizational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, finance or a related field preferred

• Managed Care / Healthcare Background

• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint as well as other related tools.

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.

• Solid understanding of sales operations and performance metrics

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
