Robert Half CFO - Chief Financial Officer in Hartford, Connecticut

Description

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer with Non-Profit experience to join our client's team in Hartford, Connecticut. This is a long term, hybrid contract position with the possibility of permanent employment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage cash flow

• Spearhead budgets and forecasts

• Track operational metrics

• Risk management

• Develop forecasting models

• Conduct regular audits

• Oversee capital management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO or relevant role with a minimum of 7 years in a senior financial managerial position at a Non-Profit organization

• Proficiency in utilizing Accounting Software Systems and QuickBooks Pro.

• Expertise in Auditing procedures and regulations.

• Strong experience in developing and overseeing Budget Processes.

• Proven skills in Capital Management.

• Proficient in conducting Cash Flow Analysis.

• Experience in KPI Reporting and creating Annual Forecasts.

• Knowledge of Non-profit Accounting principles and regulations.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
