Job Description

A healthcare client is looking for a Business Analyst to sit remotely in India. This person is going to be part of the Healthcare IT area. The goal of the project they will be joining is to create a member experience to provide the organization with their banking information so that electronic fund transfers can be done instead of sending paper checks. Their background should be in application development with the ability to communicate effectively with the technology and business teams. This person should be able to define and refine requirements from vendor partners, technology teams, and testing teams to transform their user stories. They should also be able to generate technical specifications including source to target data mapping.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst

3-5 years of experience working with application development teams

Experience with target data mapping

Ability to facilitate architectural walk throughs with technology partners and stakeholders

Analytical mindset Scaled Agile or Agile experience

SAFe Certification

Healthcare Experience

Banking/Financial experience null
