We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Harrison, New Jersey. This role is pivotal in our financial services industry, where you will be tasked with handling invoicing, account analysis, and maintaining customer credit records. This position offers a blend of onsite and remote work, ensuring a balanced and flexible work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the invoicing and collection process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Post cash activity regularly to maintain up-to-date account records.

• Utilize accounting software systems and CRM for efficient processing and record keeping.

• Perform account analysis to monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.

• Leverage skills in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline financial processes.

• Handle accounts receivable activities, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.

• Execute billing functions as per the company's guidelines and standards.

• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of cash handling activities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• CRM skills are necessary.

• Experience with Epic Software is a must.

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required.

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions proficiently.

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.

• Proficiency in Billing Functions is a must.

• Ability to manage Cash Activity efficiently.

• Cash Handling skills are essential
