Position Summary

This exciting role is a fast-paced healthcare provider support role, intended to foster a positive provider experience by leading a team with the responsibility of performing contract loads, demographic updates and data audits, production, and inventory management within the Medicaid Provider Data Service business organization.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of prior management experience.

  • 5-7 years' experience provider relations and contract resolutions

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, problem resolution and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence and collaborate with providers and internal partners at all levels.

  • Advance working knowledge of business systems, applications, and tools supporting provider data and inventory management.

  • Familiarity working in Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial lines of business.

  • Strong project management skills

  • Desktop Tool experience - Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrates mastery of Medicaid Provider Data Services job responsibilities and associated criteria and must be able to execute the job responsibilities of more junior colleagues in the department

  • Oversee the day-to-day activity and Inventory and production across the team, with a demonstrated ability to set clear direction and hold team members accountable and meet business areas goals and adhere to state compliance TAT

  • Responsible for establishing strategy for team and balancing priorities and workload in order to achieve department goals

  • Must exhibit strong leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and strategic thinking

  • Uses independent judgment to make decisions to put the team in the best position to succeed and meet expectations

  • Able to provide guidance to team and drive decisions based on data analysis

  • Handles escalated issues from the team and removes barriers to help team be successful

  • Facilitate team meetings

  • Facilitate Medicaid bi-weekly meeting with our business partners

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $199,144.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
