JOB SUMMARY

This job drives and supports all activities related to collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators including developing advanced analytics solutions, data products, self-service tools, dashboards, scorecards, forecasting, trending, tracking results, cost savings analysis, medical economics analysis, automate auditing of new initiatives and executive presentations for the purposes of supporting specialty and clinical pharmacy strategies, management intelligence for effective decision-making and overall tracking of business performance and drive operational efficiency.

Recommend innovative approaches to tracking KPIs, analytics investigations and analytics solutions. Create data models and tables as needed to store and maintain data from Enterprise data warehouse on-perm and google cloud, data outputs from R/Python/SAS/ SQL models and business data files. This job consults with cross-functional groups and levels to identify data and analytical needs, conduct analyses, review analyses and findings with leadership, facilitate related process/data improvement efforts, and develop executive level presentations.

Please Note: If the candidates lives within 50 miles of the office the position will be Hybrid. You will work from the office 3 days a week. Otherwise the position will be remote.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • On a regular basis and as needed, work with various departments to collect source data; design and build analyses/trending/forecasting reports using Excel or other technology; and publishes metrics dashboards and executive presentations. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

  • Develop processes, tools, and templates to enable efficient, accurate and standardized data analyses and related deliverables; leverage automation to greatest extent possible. Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.

  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of information and reporting by identifying issues and fluctuations with core metrics/key performance indicators (KPIs), facilitate changes; research questions; participate and/or lead process and data improvement efforts.

  • Contribute to ensuring that all changes to reporting, processes, and procedures are reflected, appropriately documented and that consistency is maintained for team. Ensure the correct first time /quality review processes are utilized and that changes maintain data integrity control processes.

  • Maintain effective communication with internal organizations, external vendors/partners, and internal staff. Structure and present complex subjects in a meaningful and comprehensible manner. Develop work plans to meet deadlines, accurately estimate completion dates, and communicate status.

  • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Required :

Bachelor's Degree in Math, Computer Science, Quantitative Business Analysis, or closely related field

SKILLS

  • Experience and demonstrated proficiency in data analytics with direct responsibility for applying technology.

  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency using 4GL programming languages (such as R, Python, SAS, SQL) and other database technology (Hadoop, DB2, Teradata, Oracle, Google Cloud).

  • Demonstrated experience in building data products using PowerBI.

  • Advanced experience in SQL / querying capabilities

  • Experience in developing end-user reporting tools using Tableau, PowerBI, Rshiny or Python UI framework.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Effective participation in team-based work.

  • Ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapid, fast changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture

  • Capable of adjusting to changing priorities

  • Ability to understand business needs to master new skills and technologies in a short period of time.

$57,700.00

$106,700.00

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.
