DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this role, you will serve as a Project Officer for the statewide healthcare provider and care team education program, and linkage to care grants for four emergency department grantees. This includes developing procurement requests, contracts, and agreements with grantees and vendors, managing the development and delivery of new or revised educational training materials for healthcare professionals, collaborating with other agencies and stakeholders on activities of shared interest regarding healthcare provider and care team education, and advocating for resources and services for vulnerable populations at risk for overdose.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Free parking available Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days a week on Mondays, Thursdays, and Friday. In-office days in the headquarters office in Harrisburg are required on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg 5 days a week. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as a Public Health Program Associate 2 (commonwealth title); or A bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience in the development, analysis, or monitoring of programs, grants, or contracts in health, human services, social or behavioral services, health care services, or health insurance; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Other Requirements: PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title. You must be able to perform essential job functions. How to Apply:
