Position Summary As the Manager of DDAT Learning & Development, you will be pivotal in fostering a vibrant learning culture within CVS Health's Digital, Data, Analytics, and Technology (DDAT). You are at the heart of our strategic vision, crafting engaging and impactful learning experiences that deliver results and signify our commitment to being strategic partners and consultants to our clients on various initiatives. This role balances technical content creation with instructional design, demanding a proactive approach to evolve and adapt in an ever-changing technological landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Instructional Design & Content Development: Design and deliver high-quality learning solutions in various formats, including web-based training, virtual or in-person events, and innovative approaches like gamification. You'll use models and theories such as ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Kirkpatrick's evaluation model.

  • Strategic Consultation: Serve as a learning and development consultant, providing expertise to internal teams and stakeholders and guiding them through integrating a product mindset and agile methodologies.

  • Product Management: Manage the lifecycle of learning programs from conception through delivery, including defining learning objectives, selecting appropriate modalities, and ensuring content meets the high standards of our DDAT community.

  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with subject matter experts, program managers, and other internal teams to build and execute learning strategies. As the only instructional design team in DDAT, you will lead by example, fostering collaboration and innovation.

  • Data Analysis & Program Management: Utilize learning data analysis to inform decisions, manage programs efficiently, and continuously improve our learning offerings.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.

  • Proven experience in Instructional Design, Learning Data Analysis, Program Management, and Agile Methodologies.

  • Strong foundation in ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation, microlearning, and gamification.

  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, driving projects from inception to completion with a high degree of ownership and initiative.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills, emphasizing collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.

  • Experience in managing learning and development projects, with a preference for those with a background in cloud services or similar technologies.

EducationBachelors Degree Required, Masters preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
