At Merakey, we put heart and soul into everything we do.  We are seeking a remote IDD PQI Director to join our team in our team!  Position Details:  *  Provide oversight of the quality assurance activities of the IDD Division to include, but not limited to, incident management Q Score and quality improvement projects as assigned.   *  Participate in quality meetings to evaluate IM data, trends and develop remediation plans.   *  Ensure compliance with Annual Quality Management plan and responsibilities related to collection and reporting of outcome measures.   *  Provide assistance to IDD operations/programs in all quality assurance activities, trainings and/or initiatives to promote a commitment to continuous quality improvement.  *  Work as a direct liaison with the Corporate Quality and Compliance Organization (QCO) and external parties such as State and County offices, Adult Protective Services and Supports Coordination organizations.   *  Ensure all PQI functions are performed to include incident management and reporting.   *  Support programs during surveys/inspections and provider monitoring.   *  Assist with plans of correction as needed.   *  Supervise PQI Coordinators and/or Incident Managers.   *  Provide constructive feedback and positive feedback on an ongoing basis.   *  Facilitate ongoing supervision and team meetings with PQI Coordinators and/or Incident Managers.   *  Monitor the quality and completeness of all assigned paperwork to include EIM reporting.   *  Participate in disciplinary process, when appropriate, in conjunction with the HR department.   *  Maintain requirements of a Certified Investigator.   *  Evaluate and appropriately act in emergency situations, assist as needed.   *  Participate in IDD management, Merakey and Stakeholder meetings, including, but not limited to, Peer Review, ARC, CIR, Safety Committee,   Benefits  Merakey offers medical, dental - vision insurance plans, competitive compensation plans and more!  *  DailyPay: Access your pay when you need it!  *  Work/Life Balance  *  Flexible Schedules  *  Cell Phone Discount Plans  *  Employee Referral Bonuses  *  Tuition Reimbursement  *  Care.com Membership   About Merakey  Merakey is a non-profit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services.
