Reference #: 5001091460006 Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for an Operations Supervisor /Sales Representative.
Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an operations supervisor/sales representative for our Hydraulic Rebuild & Machining/Chroming business. The Ideal candidate will be responsible assisting daily operations, managing sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of hydraulic repair & machining options with a proven record of accomplishment in sales.
Primary Responsibilities: Assist with daily operations of hydraulic repairs & machining/chroming in our two facilities, including scheduling, exchange inventory management, and turnaround time. Follow and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. Identify and pursue new business opportunities from incoming customer calls, including potential partnerships and contracts. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and external sales representatives by providing excellent customer service support. Collaborate with technicians, engineers & shop superintendents to ensure timely and accurate pricing/repair services. Track performance metrics and report on key insights to management. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market trends. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent years of experience in hydraulics, machining engineering, or related fields preferred. Proven experience in operations management and sales, preferably in the hydraulic or industrial equipment industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Software. Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel as needed.
Desired Technical Skills/Experience: Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems and components. Strong knowledge in machining as it relates to fabrication, repairs, and reverse engineering.
