Job Title: HVAC Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, performing corrective measures to ensure optimal system performance.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment issues.
Perform corrective measures to optimize system performance.
Interact with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide clear explanations of repair options and recommendations.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the process.
Conduct routine maintenance to prevent system breakdowns.
Clean, adjust, and calibrate HVAC components.
Perform system inspections and identify potential issues.
Understand advanced principles of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation.
Read schematics and technical manuals.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Perform start-ups, preventative maintenance, warranty items, and repairs.
Maintain boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
Work with indoor and outdoor units.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $83200.00
