UPMC Human Resources Summer Associate Internship in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

We’re excited to begin the recruitment process for our Human Resources Summer Associate Internship! This is an 11-week, paid internship. During your internship, you'll have the opportunity to support a variety of projects that focus on employee retention and engagement initiatives, HR compliance, and HR operations. You'll receive mentorship, enhance your skills with hands-on real-world experiences, and have a little bit of fun too!

Recruitment Timeline Expectations
November 2024: Accepting applications
Mid November through Early December: Video interviews conducted
December 2024: Formal interviews conducted

Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, is preferred
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated leadership ability through their studies, employment, or extracurricular activities
Availability to participate in the Summer Associates Program full-time from June to August 2025 for approximately 11 weeks with minimal absence
