Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician ensures the general maintenance and orderliness of the property while overseeing the maintenance systems for optimal operations and client/tenant satisfaction. Key responsibilities include completing work orders related to physical maintenance and repairs, responding to emergencies, implementing preventative maintenance plans, maintaining equipment inventories, and controlling operation-related expenses. Effective communication and professionalism are required at all times.

This is a fully on-site position in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Initially responsible for maintaining a 54K sq. ft. medical offices building. The role may require travel to Lancaster for coverage as needed.
