Hey folks, we are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to join our team for an in-office project! This role involves entering product information and photography into our Content Management System (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, following strict guidelines and standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

Enter product information from supplied lists accurately and efficiently into the PIMS.

Upload product photography as needed into the DAM system.

Follow provided guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and quality.

Tag assets in DAM according to supplied tagging guidelines.

Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Previous data entry experience is a plus.

Familiarity with CMS and DAM systems is preferred but not required.

Ability to follow detailed guidelines and instructions.

Reliable and able to commit to the project duration.

Experience making basic image edits in Photoshop or similar photo manipulation software a plus!

Physical Requirements:

Physical ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer.

Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Ability to see, hear, and speak regularly.
