We are seeking an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative who loves building solid customer relationships. This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania region and is a Contract to Hire employment opportunity.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Manage and place incoming telephone call

• Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

• Field and send written business correspondence

  Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft office applications

• Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

• 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

• A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism

• Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

• Proven computer skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Strong customer service and office administrative skills

• Knowledge of NetSuite a plus but not required
