DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Custodial Worker 1, you will perform general cleaning duties throughout offices, restrooms, and common areas. You will sweep, mop and wax floors, dust office furniture, clean windows and glass, and report any discrepancies, such as burnt-out or blinking light bulbs, plumbing leaks, clogged drains, or any other issues to the immediate supervisor. Additionally, snow and ice removal is required from building entrances, exits, sidewalks, driveways, stairways, etc. and distribution of deicing materials where appropriate.

ESSENTIAL EMPLOYEE - REQUIRED TO REPORT TO WORK DURING EMERGENCIES AND OFFICE CLOSINGS.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
