Clinical Fellow Support:
AnthroMed will ensure you have a wonderful Clinical Fellowship Mentors to match you with
Bi-weekly team meetings with all SLPs on our team
We provide regular one-on-one support with our Clinical Support Director for all CFs

Job Description:
We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a partner school that takes pride in their diversity and provides education for students from Kindergarten through 12th grade. We are seeking a hardworking individual to join our speech therapy team on a full-time basis for the 2024-2025 school year. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for developing treatment plans, completing evaluations, and collaborating with parents and other key stakeholders for a caseload K-5th graders.
Additional responsibilities will include;
Provide year-round services for students including direct, small group sessions, and push in utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance communication skills
Compile and develop treatment plans to support students for caseload of 35 to 50 students
Develop and implement IEPs for students, incorporating specific, measurable goals tailored to each student
Provide training on functional life skills for students approaching graduation
Implement augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and strategies, including communication boards, speech-generating devices, and sign language, as appropriate
Collaborate with department by being a part of team meetings with service providers, Special Education teachers, and BCBAs
Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:
School-based and/or pediatric experience working with K-5th Graders
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Valid PA SLP license from the Pennsylvania Board of Speech-Language Pathologists
Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education
